What are your shipping rates for props to the United States, delivery sounds expensive?

If you’re in the United States, we’ve worked it out, and it’ll cost you approx. $9 – $10USD per prop ‘including’ delivery charges.   Remember pricing on our website defaults to AUD$ currency, remember to use the currency converter to work out USD$ pricing.  Once you click into ‘view cart’, and enter your location details, update totals and you’ll get the shipping price.  Now, we’ve done our calculations, and on average price per props ‘including’ delivery to the United States works out to be approx. $9 – $10 USD per prop.  Our props shipping cost is based on weight.  Whilst it sounds like alot in delivery, divide the total cost including delivery with the number of props you’re receiving and you’ll be surprised that’s it’s very affordable, and average pricing of our competitors.

How long will it take for my backdrop to be delivered?

Once your order has been paid online, and your design choice/artwork finalised, your backdrop/s will take approx. 9-11 working days until it arrives.   Please note the turn around time will take longer if there are public holidays.  We will keep you posted if there are any delays.

World-wide delivery – Do You Ship Outside Australia?

Yes, we ship to most countries.  Deliveries outside of Australia will usually take 12-17 business days.  We can provide you with a tracking so that you can keep updated, we’ll also let you know if there are any delays.

How long will it take to get my props?

We process and send out orders on Monday and Thursday morning.  If you need it urgently, please contact us directly so we are aware that you need it for a particular date, we will let you know if it will arrive in time for your event.  Please also note urgent deliveries in your notes upon checkout. Once your order has been paid online, if in Australia, your props should arrive within 7-8 working days (much faster if you’re in Melbourne/Sydney).  This may take longer if you are outside of Australia or are in small remote locations within Australia.  Deliveries to Perth, Darwin, Townsville, Mackay are usually 7-8 working days.  Please note this is simply a guide provided by the courier company.  During the Christmas period, courier companies have advised the estimated delivery dates may take a little longer.

Delivery Cost in Australia, New Zealand?

We have a $15 flat rate for orders within Australia and New Zealand, this applies to both backdrops and props.

Delivery cost for outside Australia?

We deliver almost everywhere.  We offer a flat rate delivery of AUD$15  with any backdrop purchase.  Our default pricing on our website is AUD$, if you’d like pricing in USD$, please scroll to the bottom of the page and switch currencies.  To work out delivery cost, view the items in your cart, and you can calculate shipping by entering your country/city, click on ‘update totals’ and you’ll be advised of delivery costs.  GST applies to all orders in Australia.  If outside Australia, enter your location when you are viewing items in your cart, and click ‘update totals’, and GST will be removed for those in countries outside of Australia.

What are the care instructions for the backdrop?

If your backdrop gets stained and requires cleaning, we recommend you machine wash in cold water and hang dry.  Don’t place in the dryer, and don’t use bleach or an iron.  If there are any wrinkles after washing, when the backdrop is placed over the frame the fabric is stretched to reduce any sight of wrinkles.

What are the props made out of?

Our props are made out of quality 5mm PVC, designed to withstand the craziness of events!



How do I place an Order?

If ordering a backdrop frame/print, simply browse through our designs, and click onto the options, and ‘add to cart’.   If you’re ordering double sided backdrop, simply browse through our design, find the design you want, add your options to the cart, and fill in the 2nd design choice in the text field below.  Alternatively, just send us an email once you’ve placed your order online and let us know any details regarding design.  If you are unsure of anything, send us an email or get in touch and we’ll be able to help you out.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Once the order has been placed and payment has been made, we will not be able to cancel the order so please double-check that you are happy with the order.  If you are ordering a backdrop, we will be in touch to confirm the designs are correct.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can ‘check-out’ as a guest.   However, if you’re a returning customer and love our products, it’ll be easier to setup an account for future orders!

How Do I Track My Order?

Return / Replacement Policy

Once the backdrop designs have been chosen and are final, we are unable to provide a refund if you have changed your mind. Once the designs have been chosen, it is sent straight to print. If a product is defective, get in touch with us within 24 hours.
